An eight-week, evidence-based curriculum that helps participants reframe negative thinking, build emotional regulation, and set personal goals.

In the community, the eight-week Foundational Development phase begins with an evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Program (CBIP) curriculum to help participants reframe negative thinking, build emotional regulation, and set personal goals. Participants learn to recognize the thought patterns that lead to poor choices, respond to stress and conflict with clarity instead of reaction, and turn their goals into a clear, realistic plan.
