Chairman
Patrick L. Cole
A native Memphian who grew up in the Binghampton community, he is the eldest of 7 sons and 1 daughter. He is the proud father of 4 daughters and two grandsons. Patrick attended East High School, proudly served in the United States Navy, and graduated from the University of Memphis. He began a successful financial services and insurance career with The Sims Financial Group, Inc. in 2011. And he is licensed in Life, Health, Disability, Property & Casualty Insurance, trained Medicare Benefits Education Specialist, Life & Annuity Certified Professional (LACP), Certified College Funding Specialist (CCFS), Retirement Income Planning and Certified Long-Term Care (CLTC) Planner. Patrick has earned various industry service and recognition awards in all areas of insurance and financial planning by serving families, professionals, churches, non-profits, and business owners. He loves to help people create generational wealth so they can retire with confidence and achieve financial independence to leave a legacy for their families.

Richard Graham
Mr. Graham brings over fifty years of experience in sales and sales management for large corporations and six years of experience on the board of Juvenile Intervention and Faith-Based Follow-up, JIFF, a non-profit organization serving Juvenile Court-assigned youth. He served as the Executive Director of JIFF for eight years, and elevated the organization’s impact by increasing youth served from 84 per year to over 350, and retired $1.4 million in building debt during his tenure. Richard retired in 2022 and is now consulting with Memphis-based nonprofits to improve the well-being and future of inner city youth.

Donald Minter
Donald Minter is currently the Vice President of Sales at the Mississippi Lottery Corporation and has 20+ years of sales management experience. His skills include budgeting, sales and sales management, operational management, team building, and public speaking. He is a strong sales professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University. He is married with a son and daughter.
When he is not at work, he enjoys traveling to sporting events and deep-sea fishing.

Lawrence Weichel
Captain Lawrence Weichel began his career in 1993 as a detention officer with the Memphis-Shelby County Juvenile Detention Center. In 2015, when the Shelby County Sheriff's Office assumed oversight of the facility, he continued his dedicated service and now proudly serves as Captain of the Juvenile Detention Center.
With over 30 years of experience working with youth, Captain Weichel has become a respected figure in juvenile justice and a passionate mentor to the countless young lives he's encountered. Known for his unwavering commitment to guiding and uplifting at-risk youth, he has built a legacy rooted in service, integrity, and community impact.
Outside of his professional role, Captain Weichel finds joy in spending time with his family at the zoo. His favorite exhibits are the Meerkats and Prairie Dogs, small, energetic creatures that remind him of the resilience and potential in every young person he serves.
Captain Weichel is more than a leader; he is a difference-maker whose dedication continues to shape futures and strengthen our community, one youth at a time.

Dr. Kevin D. Lake
Dr. Lake is a highly accomplished, dedicated individual with a wealth of knowledge and success. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia and earned his Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute in 2020. Dr. Lake is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership at Luther Rice College and Seminary.
He is the owner and principal broker of Keller Williams Realty-The Lake Group, servicing Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. He is also the owner and managing partner of Horizon Title, which focuses on real estate closings. Dr. Lake is the founding Pastor of Overflow Church, providing spiritual guidance to many people within his community for over a decade.
Dr. Lake is married to Dr. Michelle Elmore Lake, and together they have three children: Kelsey, Andrew, and Sydney.
His commitment to excellence shines through in both his professional and personal roles, demonstrating a tireless attitude towards success that has allowed him to reach immense heights in life.

Anthony Buckner
Mr. Buckner is the Chief Deputy for the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.. Chief Deputy Buckner has been employed with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office for 20 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. Additionally, Chief Deputy Buckner is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
During his tenure with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Chief Deputy Buckner has served in the following roles: Fugitive, Patrol, Gang Unit, Narcotics, Crime Prevention, Patrol Sergeant, Criminal Courts Sergeant, Lieutenant in Internal Affairs, Captain in the Public Information Office, and Chief Inspector as Director of Training. Until named Chief Deputy, Buckner served as the Assistant Chief Deputy of Patrol and Patrol Support Services

Norman N. Miller, Jr.
Mr. Miller is the President and CEO of Innovative Counseling and Consulting, Inc., a behavioral health organization in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr Miller is also a qualified clinical supervisor with over 36 years of experience in the substance abuse/mental health field.. He is licensed by the Tennessee Dept. of Health as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (1990) and the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors as a National Certified Addiction Counselor (1991). In 2020, he received his certification as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Driven by compassion and guided by decades of experience, Mr. Miller remains steadfast in his mission to transform lives, empower recovery, and build healthier communities.

Antonio Futch
Mr. Futch is a transformative leader committed to exposing others to diversified training and opportunities. With over two decades of experience in business leadership, military service, and education, he has built a legacy of creating meaningful networks, strategic partnerships, and essential resources. He has collaborated with prominent figures like Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa and has led successful business startups that continue to demonstrate positive long-term growth.
As a tax strategist and licensed preparer with a focus on business taxes, Mr. Futch has established himself as an authority in business finance. He leverages his extensive experience to generate and facilitate programs that accelerate social mobility, facilitate community change, and lay the foundation for creating generational wealth.
Mr. Futch serves as an outside board member and/or advisor to several private companies and charities. He is a licensed educator in the state of Tennessee, teaching entrepreneurship. Through Christopher A. Pugh II Center board membership and other initiatives, he continues to inspire and support the next generation of leaders.

James Robinson
Jay Robinson serves as the Director of Corporate Communications for Rentokil Terminix North America, where he leads internal and external communications, reputation strategy, public affairs, and strategic media relations. He joined Terminix (formerly part of ServiceMaster) in 2013. Before that, Jay was a vice president at GCI Health, a communications firm, and began his career at Ruder Finn PR, advising clients on issues management and global corporate citizenship.
With extensive experience in employee engagement, customer retention, product and service communications, M&A integration, and crisis and special situation management, Jay brings a strategic and steady hand to complex communication challenges.
He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Mississippi, serves as a tnAchieves youth mentor, and is a former Chairman of the Greater Memphis Workforce Board. Jay lives in Memphis with his wife, Amy, their two children, and a beagle.

Mario Nolan-Dillard
Mr. Nolan-Dillard is a trusted financial professional known for delivering exceptional service rooted in precision, strategy, and care. With a client-first approach, he works diligently to understand each individual's financial goals, assess their current standing, and design tailored solutions that evolve with life’s changes. His expertise spans life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, risk management, asset allocation, and estate and legacy planning. As a College Funding Specialist, he also supports families in securing guaranteed scholarship opportunities, making higher education more accessible.
With a strong background in leadership, personal development, and financial services, Mr. Nolan-Dillard is driven by a mission to educate, enlighten, and empower individuals to build generational wealth through financial literacy. A graduate of Georgia Military College, Mr. Nolan-Dillard is also the award-winning author of the young reader adventure series Epiphani’s Bridge and was a semi-finalist in the 2017 Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking. Whether in a boardroom or on a stage,
Mario brings clarity, inspiration, and results.

Marvin Wiggins Sr.
Marvin Wiggins Sr. is a seasoned peace officer, passionate youth advocate, and respected community leader with over 15 years of experience in public safety. Born and raised in Memphis, Marvin has dedicated his career to serving and protecting communities with integrity, empathy, and purpose. His professional journey has taken him through multiple specialized assignments in law enforcement, including gang investigations, narcotics enforcement, domestic violence, and K9 operations. His commitment and leadership have earned him the rank of lieutenant, making him the youngest person to hold that title in Tennessee's largest sheriff’s department. Beyond the badge, Marvin is deeply committed to mentorship and community empowerment. He works closely with young men and at-risk youth, using his experience to help guide them toward better choices and brighter futures. His leadership style is rooted in action, compassion, and accountability; always focused on real results over rhetoric. Marvin also serves in a political leadership role, where he advocates for public safety,
equitable resource distribution, and stronger youth intervention initiatives within his district. His drive to create meaningful change is matched by his approachable nature and deep love for the community he calls home. Outside of his professional work, Marvin is a proud husband and father of two. In his downtime, he enjoys cooking, working on cars, and playing video games; a few of the simple joys that help keep him grounded and balanced in a life of service.
