New Partnership Spotlight: Data & AI Mentorship with Thinkers and Doers

As the workforce continues to evolve, so does CPC's commitment to preparing young men for where it's headed. This September, select participants joined the current cohort of Thinkers and Doers' Data & AI Mentorship Program, founded by DeNisha Malone.

The program gives participants exposure to career readiness training, data and AI concepts, and real, hands-on project experience; doors that many young men their age never even know exist. For a generation entering a workforce increasingly shaped by technology, this kind of early exposure isn't a luxury; it's a necessity.

This new partnership reflects CPC's continued commitment to expanding its network of community relationships that broaden what's possible for participants. By connecting young men with organizations like Thinkers and Doers, CPC continues reinforcing its holistic approach to youth development, one where career and technical exposure sit alongside the mentorship and life skills training at the heart of everything the Center does.
