Strengthening Support Through Community Partnerships
Updated: Oct 1

No young man builds a future alone, and this quarter, CPC leaned further into that truth by strengthening its network of community partnerships.
In July, representatives from Agape Child & Family Services, Families Matter, and HEAL 901 joined CPC participants for interactive sessions focused on family strengthening, counseling services, mentorship, personal development, and access to essential community resources. These conversations exposed participants to support systems built for long-term stability and resilience, not just short-term fixes.
That partnership continued into August, when participants visited the American Job Center to complete registration for workforce development resources, career services, and funding opportunities for future training and employment. Thanks to CPC's continued relationship with Agape Child & Family Services, participants gained direct access to tools that support sustainable, long-term career readiness.
Together, these engagements reflect something central to CPC's approach: real growth requires more than programming; it requires community. By connecting young men with trusted organizations and positive role models, CPC continues reinforcing a holistic model of support: workforce and life skills training, paired with the encouragement and resources participants need to actually thrive.
